As of June 24, the Union-backed Assault Bill passed the Senate and still on hold in the Assembly. Gov. Cuomo is expected to call the Legislation back into session to vote on the rest of the bills, including the Assault Bill.

SSEU Local 371 encourages members to keep the pressure on and call their Assembly Members and urge tem to pass it in the lower house.
